I am passionate about Property having been involved in Real Estate and Property Development for nearly 20 years. I have worked for family businesses as well as some of the leading names in the London real estate market. I have even taken this passion to the next level and became an Interior Designer.

When I moved to Richmond it was one of the best decisions of my life. Richmond is all about families. I wanted to live in an area that was safe for my two children. An area that had some outstanding schools to give my children the best education. Where the quality of life for my family was exceptional due to the local amenities and recreational spaces. Plus a location with great commuter links as I was working in London at the time. Richmond ticked all these boxes.

My experience as a client in the Richmond Property market was not positive as I did not receive the quality of service that I wanted. There was a real lack of useful information, I had multiple points of contact and at no point in time did I feel like I was being treated priority. My experience as a representative of large London a based estate agency, I found I could never deliver a truly personalised service due to the systems, policies and bureaucracy.

However my clients loved me as I proved I was fighting to get the best outcome for them, and making them feel special whilst being responsible for one of their biggest financial achievements in life.

My moto in life is quality over quantity and my values are built upon respect, trust, transparency and honesty.

I established Gooms so I can deliver what I know a client wants. The client needs to feel special, feel like someone is fighting for their best interests. Having a single point of contact throughout the process, available anytime.

The process of buying or selling a property is daunting, but with great communication, local market knowledge, organisation skills, expert negotiating and a diligent work ethic, I make the process hassle free.
